I have had a secured loan since December 06 with Future Mortgages. I have been trying to transfer the primary mortgage on my house, against which the loan is secured, from one building society to another which are absolutely nothing to do with FM. However, it has taken them over 4 weeks of asking unnecessary questions, and decision making, to hold everything up.
The secured loan will stay in place with FM but they have treated it like a new application except taken much longer.
They are the worst company I have ever had to deal with in my life.. |
