Early Repayment Charge : A cost payable for a few mortgages in case they are settled before time, which is in the course of an Early Repayment Charge phase. This sum is as per the unresolved mortgage and the mortgage conditions.
- Easement : A leasehold land, in particular the privilege to gain entrance to a precise section of land, like claim for access.
- Equity : It is the distinction among the property worth, mortgage sum and/or indebted assured loans.
- Exchange of contracts : The time when both the buying, as well as selling parties put their signature on their contract copies that are swapped by their individual legal representatives, and also made legally compulsory. The buyer needs to make a deposit during this stage and consent to the date of conclusion.
