Planning Permission : The consent given from local planning authority (customarily it is local council) to construct new structure, engineering ventures or alteration in a building function, in case it encounters the appeal of public.
- Premium : It is the sum to be paid to the insurer recurrently, monthly or annually for taking out insurance policy.
- Private Sale : It involves transactions for selling a property, but without employing the services of an estate agent.
- Product Fee : This fee is for applying for a mortgage. It is to hold on to the mortgage and for dealing with administration expenses. It is otherwise called arrangement fee.
