Remortgage : This procedure is to transfer your mortgage, yet not shift home. You can take out another mortgage loan with a separate lender for paying off your former mortgage.
- Repayment Mortgage : It is otherwise called the Capital and Interest mortgage. The payments you make every month, pays off its interest as well as a little of the owed capital. Towards the term completion of the mortgage, all the mortgage debt will be over.
- Repayment Type : This is the way you repay your mortgage. Refer Repayment Mortgage or else Interest Only Mortgage.
- Retention : Retention is withholding a portion of the mortgage loan till every property repairs are finished suitably.
